In advance of the National APA rolling out electronic balloting the chapter is considering changes to our bylaws to make our rules of operation consistent with the national balloting operation. This includes changing the timelines for elections and when office holders become effective. We are also proposing to change our budget year to be consistent with our election year process (calendar year instead of fiscal year), allowing electronic notification and voting for chapter members for chapter business, allowing out-of-state chapter business (allow a chapter business meeting at the Quad-State Conference), and cleaning up some improper terms.
